What is Ok Home?

OK Home is an Italian platform that lets accommodation providers manage guest access, check-in and energy consumption remotely through a single web app designed for hotels, B&Bs and short-term rentals. It automates self check-in, online check-in, in-person ID verification and smart energy control, from the building entrance to the individual unit, while staying compliant with Italian regulations.​

OK Home combines self check-in, digital reception and access control into one ecosystem that works even without an internet connection, using proprietary radio technology and secure access codes. The system supports building entrances, apartments and rooms, and also manages cleaning staff access and guest communications in a centralized way.
